Any transfer of Google user data or data from other platforms like Meta (Facebook) to third-party AI tools is strictly for the specific and express purposes outlined in this policy, and not for the development or enhancement of generalized AI/ML models.

  • Google User Data Access and Use: Our application accesses and collects the following Google user data through the Google Drive API:

    • File Names and Types: To identify the documents you have chosen to sync with Cadenza.

    • File Content: To retrieve and use the content of the documents for generating reports and insights as per your requirements.

    • User Email Address: To associate your Google Drive with your Cadenza account for seamless synchronization and personalized service.

    This data is accessed only with your explicit consent and is used solely to provide the functionalities promised by our service, such as syncing your chosen Google Drive files and building personalized impact reports. We access only the files that users have explicitly chosen to sync, and we do not use this data to develop, improve, or train generalized/non-personalized AI and/or ML models.

  • Retention and Deletion of Google User Data: We retain Google user data only as long as necessary to serve the user’s needs or until the user undertakes one of the following actions: deletes the data from their own Google Drive, requests us to delete the data, or disconnects Google Drive from the Cadenza platform. Following any of these actions, we ensure that the data is deleted from our systems. However, some data may still reside in customer-saved reports until the user deletes those from their account. We commit to handling these deletions within 30 days of the user’s request.

IV. CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Should there be a material change in our data practices, particularly concerning how we collect, use, or share Personal Information, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice on our Service. Non-material changes will take effect immediately after being posted on this page.
